Designer Bio
With over twenty years of travel and adventures, Kristy brings a unique perspective to her role at EMPIRE of K.
From the buzzing dance floors of Ibiza to international stages, Kristy thrives on story telling and bringing those stories to life. At EMPIRE of K, she conceptualizes, creates, and connects, always delivering experiences that embrace originality and pure imagination.
Kristy, a true creative spirit, initially studied apparel design at Virginia Tech and later women's fashion at NYC's Parsons School of Design. In 2001, she made Ibiza her playground, where she fell head over heels for its music and culture.
In 2013, Kristy launched EMPIRE of K, a full-service design and installation studio that crafts bespoke art and design solutions. Currently calling Washington, DC home, Kristy continues to shape the artistic scene with her bold vision and passion for creative expression
